We love when projects have a sentimental reason behind them! In this case, the client undertook the heartfelt task of restoring his father's original 1955 Triumph TR2. This restoration was truly a labor of love, beginning literally from the frame up. After the body shop expertly brought the vehicle's body back to life, we were called in to perfect the finer details and address small imperfections in the paint.
Our meticulous process began with a thorough inspection of the vehicle's paint under a spotlight, ensuring no flaw went unnoticed. Our team then performed a comprehensive two-step paint correction, carefully wet sanding certain areas to achieve a flawless finish. To ensure long-lasting protection and an impeccable shine, we finalized the paintwork by layering a coat of a high-quality, 2-year ceramic coating.
The following day, we conducted a final inspection in the sunlight to confirm the perfection of our work. To add the finishing touch, we lightly hand-polished the chrome wire spokes, bringing out their brilliant shine. This project was not just about restoring a classic car; it was about preserving a piece of family history and ensuring it could be cherished for many more years to come.
